POLICIES
*For safety reasons we don climb more than two steps on any ladder. We do try and get as much space as we can
*Any room/closet with door losed will not be cleaned. Door must be open to have area seviced.
*We do not lift or move any item weighing more than 30lbs (ex. furniture, planters, frames, rugs, etc.)
*We do NOT clean any gun safe or will remove any fire arms to clean area.
*We do not clean animal or human feces, urine, vomit, sharp waste, toxic material/chemicals, radioactive with high risk to health or pathological, biological or infectious waste of any kind that contractee or family may possess.
*We do not use chlorine or clorox products. If you would like for the product to be used in your home, please note that you are responsible for any damage it may cause.
*We do not clean BOILER rooms.
*Only habitable areas are cleaned. Please note that any unfinished or under construction area will not be cleaned.
CLEANING EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES
Sunflower Maid WILL provide cleaning supplies (ex. cleaning agents, vaccums, mop rags, etc) as to not damage any of our customer home items. If you would like to have Sunflower Maid use any of your home products or cleaning supplies, our company will not be liable for any damage.
DAMAGE & LOSSES
Sunflower Maid will be responsible for any breakage or loss of any item that happen during cleaning service. If in any case we are not made aware of any damages caused by us during our service time, you have 24hrs to notify us from time or service.
Damage wil be reviewed on case-by-case scenario if notified after cleaning service have been performed.
QUALITY SERVICE
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, notify Sunflower Maid within a 24hr period and we will gladly return and re-clean the particular area where you were not satisfied with, without any additional charge.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your cleaning service, you must notify Sunflower Maid 24hrs in advance. During scheduled time or cleaning, we will only wait 15 minutes outside of home before cancelling appointment. In these scenarios for new customers, deposit will not be refunded or go towards rescheduing of service.
NEW CUSTOMERS
A deposit of $30 will be required during booking of services. This deposit will go towards cleaning service cost. In any case rescheduling is required, deposit is transferable if notified at least 24hrs beforehand. Deposit will be retained and not refundable if cancelled after the "cancellation" criteria are met.
